We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Integration Specialist and ERP Administrator to drive the development of our online sales channels, enhance our operational capabilities, and integrate cuttingedge technologies.
Job Description
In this role, you will lead the integration of our ERP system with e-commerce platforms, ensuring seamless digital storefront operations while implementing AI-driven tools to enhance customer interaction and operational efficiency. You will play a pivotal role in driving our online growth strategy, making your expertise in e-commerce and ERP systems vital to our success.
Your Responsibilities
E-Commerce Development and Integration:
- Design, develop, and manage our webshop and e-commerce platforms.
- Integrate the e-commerce platform with the Ap+ ERP system to streamline sales and inventory processes.
- Implement payment gateways, product catalogs, and automated workflows for online sales.
AI and Customer Interaction:
- Deploy AI chatbot solutions (e.g., ChatGPT) to enhance customer support and engagement.
- Integrate AI-driven recommendations and automation into the e-commerce platform for a personalized shopping experience.
ERP System Administration:
- Monitor, maintain, and optimize the Ap+ ERP system for optimal performance.
- Develop custom scripts and tools using programming languages like .NET, C#, and SQL to enhance ERP and e-commerce functionality.
Sales Process Optimization:
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to streamline processes, reduce manual workloads, and enhance data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy across CRM, ERP, and e-commerce
platforms.
Performance Monitoring and Analytics:
- Track and analyze e-commerce performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.
- Generate reports and insights to support strategic decision-making.
Your Requirements
- Proven experience in e-commerce platform development and integration (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento).
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (preferably Ap+) and their integration with online sales channels.
- Fluent in German (written and spoken) is mandatory
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Proficiency in web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and programming languages (.NET, C#, VB.NET, SQL).
- Experience with AI chatbot technologies and emerging GPT models is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel being a plus.
- High level of precision combined with flexibility and adaptability to changing demands.
- Exceptional organizational skills to excel in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
